I do not need to prove the entire body of my work today.
I do not need to demonstrate every credential, survive every story again, or explain every road that brought me here.
I know this material from both directions.
I studied systems.
I worked inside them.
I taught people how to improve them.
And I have lived through what happens when a human system becomes overloaded, unstable, under-resourced, or unsustainable.
Today my job is simpler.
Be present.
Listen carefully.
Tell the truth.
Make complicated things understandable.
Offer people a way to locate themselves without judging themselves.
And leave them with enough agency to make one intelligent next move.
I am not walking into this conversation empty-handed.
I am bringing everything with me.
